| Morning round of decaying showers impacting areas along and southwest of I-90 corridor. Looking at a lull for shower chances late morning, but some isolated showers may begin to develop by the early afternoon. Better shower and thunderstorm chances expected this afternoon into the evening as a cold front pushes southward. Still uncertainty on how widespread this activity will be as development depends on how much humidity builds back into the area, but best potential will be between 2pm-9pm. Also cannot rule out a few stronger storms capable of producing gusty winds and heavy rainfall especially if things hold off and develop later this evening. |
